Hello. I’m Roberta Mittman, a holistic mindset coach using a proprietary process called Rescripting that can change how your mind affects your health. What does R.E.S.E.T mean?


Imagine waking up with refreshed energy, without the challenges you’ve been facing for so long. Picture the day when you finally realize your potential to feel healthier and confident. This is what I call a R.E.S.E.T.


To R.E.S.E.T is to revitalize and refresh your life at any age, breaking down walls of limiting beliefs and saying goodbye to nagging stealth thoughts that hold you back from happiness to:

-Listen to your body


R.E.S.E.T is an acronym for the following words that come from my Rescripting sessions.


Recognize when you’re feeling off, down, or triggered.

Explore your emotions and thoughts with an open mind.

Support yourself by trying a Rescripting session.

Evolve out of your pain through re-setting old thoughts and beliefs.

Transform into who you’d like to be: Confident, Resilient, and Strong.

R.E.S.E.T to Escape Feelings of Fear.


Develop a vision for what you want your life to be like beyond stress. Define what happiness means to you and write it down.


Meditate and focus on being enough. Amplify your vision for living with resilience and positivity while feeling capable.


Focus on the good. Find gratitude when you can, especially in the little things.


Avoid people and situations that cause you stress. Create good-for-you boundaries. This can be one of the healthiest tactics to leave fear behind.


Believe in yourself. When in doubt, know that you are stronger than you think you are.



 R.E.S.E.T and Love Yourself Again.


Release pent-up anxiety today:


Stop the comparison game. If you think that others are healing faster than you, remember that everyone has a different healing path.


Make peace with your stress. This is a hard one, but you can re-train your mind to love yourself through your flaws.
