R.E.S.C.R.I.P.T Your Stress
Hello, I’m Roberta Mittman. Thank you for subscribing to my newsletter. As a holistic mindset coach, I use a proprietary process called Rescripting that can change how your mind affects your health. My coaching technique guides you to overcome chronic anxiety, limiting beliefs, and sensitivities. I have written 3 steps to Rescripting below and I invite you to learn, seek and become ever-involved in your emotional healing, especially if you’re an HSP.
Step One. R.E.S.C.R.I.P.T.
The R.E.S.C.R.I.P.T. acronym is a creative expression that showcases the process of how my technique reduces stress, anxiety, overwhelm, fears and body positivity issues so that you break down walls of limiting beliefs, replace negativity and accelerate healing.
Take a closer look and star the places where you think you need the most work.
- Recognize triggers
- Explore your emotions
- Support yourself with new behaviors
- Claim your calm
- Release fear
- Internally connect and breathe
- Practice seeing with a different lens
- Treat yourself with respect
Step 2. Liberate your Fears
In this step, you’ll craft and amplify your vision for living happily and comfortably. Fears and other doubts are something that we all have, but when you begin Rescripting your life, you engage in what client’s call “emotional archeology”. We ask the body what limiting beliefs it’s holding on to so that difficult emotions can be acknowledged, released and rewritten. The result of this safe, easy process is a healthy mindset that feels lighter with new opportunities to create and experience enhanced relationships, career goals and self-confidence.
Step 3. Know that “It’s Not Your Fault”
One of the biggest breakthroughs of Rescripting is to appreciate yourself. Self-acceptance is your moment of truth to believe in your worth and own your sensitivities with grace. Whether you experience reactive emotions, relationship drama, carry childhood triggers or trauma, experience poor body image, or overwhelming thoughts… Rescripting produces a new mindset blueprint so that you press reset and find true happiness.
Make peace with your past and re-train your mind to love yourself for your uniqueness.
